Ingredients :
- 1 lb Stew Meat Cut in bits
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp Seasoned Salt
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 1 can (15-14oz) Tomato Sauce
- 1 can Beef Broth
- 3 Potatoes
- 3 stalk Celery
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp Italian Seasoning
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
Method :
- Toss Beef and Onions in all dry ingredients together.
- After meat and Onions are covered well brown them in a pan.
- Chop celery and potatoes and put in crockpot
- Then add tomatoe sauce and broth to crockpot
- Add beef and Onions
- Cook 8 hours on low or 5 hours on high (time may vary depending on crockpot)
