Recipe Hiyayakko - Chilled Tofu

Resep Hiyayakko - Chilled Tofu

Ingredients :

  • 1 block Silken Tofu
  • Toppings of your choice:
  • 2 tsp myoga ginger, chopped or thin stripes
  • 2 tsp chopped green onion
  • 1/4 tsp wasabi
  • 2 Shiso Leaves
  • 1/2 tsp grated ginger
  • 1 Tbsp Katsuobushi bonito flakes
  • 1 Tbsp Soy Sauce

Method :
  1. Remove the tofu from the package and drain the liquid.
  2. Cut the block into half. Place each half of tofu in a small bowl.
  3. Garnish with the toppings of your choice as desired.
  4. Drizzle the soy sauce over the tofu.
  5. Eat immediately!
