
Ingredients :
- 1 block Silken Tofu
- Toppings of your choice:
- 2 tsp myoga ginger, chopped or thin stripes
- 2 tsp chopped green onion
- 1/4 tsp wasabi
- 2 Shiso Leaves
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 1 Tbsp Katsuobushi bonito flakes
- 1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
Method :
- Remove the tofu from the package and drain the liquid.
- Cut the block into half. Place each half of tofu in a small bowl.
- Garnish with the toppings of your choice as desired.
- Drizzle the soy sauce over the tofu.
- Eat immediately!
