Ingredients :
- 5 1/2 teaspoons instant coffee
- 4 spoons boiling water
- 1 1/2 mubs powdered sugar
- 250 g mascarpone cheese (you can replace it with cream cheese)
- 1 mug whipped cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 50 g grated bitter chocolate
- 1 bar semi-sweet chocolate
- As needed lady fingers
Method :
- Dissolve instant coffee with boiling water and cool it for 5 minutes
- Mix sugar with mascarpone cheese (or cream cheese) until having a soft paste
- Add in the vanilla extract, half of the coffee you made, the whipped cream and continue mixing
- In a round tall bowl or in individual cups put a tablespoon of the mix and add some of the grated chocolate and then add some lady fingers dipped in the left over coffee. Repeat until having layers
- When you finish, put little cubes of chocolate on your Tiramisu
