
Ingredients :
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1/4 cup Minced Onion
- 5 Minced Garlic Cloves
- 1 1/2 tbsp Minced Italian Parsly (fresh)
- 1 tsp Brown Sugar
- 1 tsp paprika
- 2 tbsp Bread Crumbs
- 1 tsp Kosher Salt
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
Method :
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Mix all ingredients together with hands ( use gloves, or don"t). Roll mixture into golf ball sized balls ( should make 8 to 10 balls). Place rolled meatballs in greased tin foil wrapped 9 x 13 pan.
- Put in oven for 10 minutes and flip the meatballs over. Cook an additional 10 minutes. Take out the oven and place on paper toweled plate. Serve with your favorite sauce.
