
Ingredients :
- 6 Large chicken breast
- 1 onion
- 1 bell pepper
- 2 Tbsp minced garlic
- 3 stalks green onions
- 2 1/2 tbsp seasoning salt
- 2 tbsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp All spice
- 1 tbsp ground cumin
- 1 tbsp ground ginger
- 1 tsp Thyme
- 1 Tbsp ground black pepper
- 1/2 c olive oil
- 4 Tbsp curry powder
- 1 c chicken broth
Method :
- Cut up onion, pepper, garlic and green onions and set aside in bowl.
- Wash, cut chicken into cubes, season with all ingredients except curry.
- Add oil to large pan on medium high, stir in all vegetables until transparent, then add curry powder cook for 2 minutes.
- Stir in chicken, add chicken broth, simmer for about 20-25 minutes covered.
