Ingredients :
- 20 grams crunchy peanut butter no added sugar
- 110 grams unsalted butter
- 24 grams sweetner grinder to a powder in a blender
Method :
- Cut the butter into small pieces and put into a pan on low heat
- Add the peanut butter and stir until melted
- Remove from the heat and stir the sugar powder blending well. Add more powder if necessary, you need a pliable mass.
- Wrap in a plastic bag and pop in the fridge for 1 hour.
- Use as a filling for homemade chocolates or centering layers or as a spread.
