Ingredients :
- 1 cup rice
- 2 cup water
- 1 kg chicken
- 1 tsp black pepper
- pinch salt
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tbsp tomato past
- 1 tsp chilli powder
Method :
- Season the chicken with the spices then add the tomato paste and leave it for 10 min at temperature room
- Put it in a Pyrex in the oven for 30 to 45 minutes until it"s cooked
- To prepare the rice, put it in a casserole with water and leave it till it boils then cover the casserole and turn the heat down
- To serve the plate put the rice first then the chicken and decorate it with fried almond and cashew-nuts
