Recipe Spinach Artichoke dip

Resep Spinach Artichoke dip

Ingredients :

  • 1 pkg frozen/fresh spinach
  • 1/2 cup marinated artichoke hearts
  • 1/4 tbsp butter
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/2 shallot
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 2 (8 oz) packs softened cream cheese
  • 1 pint parmesan cheese
  • pinch salt
  • pinch pepper
  • squeeze of lemon juice

Method :
  1. Preheat oven at 400℉.
  2. Sweat the shallots and garlic in a pan with the butter about 1 minute on high. Once finished set aside.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, add the softened cream cheese, heavy cream, Spinach, Parmesan cheese, and artichokes. Mix together.
  4. Add in the shallots and garlic mixture, salt and pepper, and squeeze of lemon. Mix together.
  5. Sprinkle remaining Parmesan cheese on top as garnish.
  6. Put ingredients in a pan and let bake at 375℉ for 10-12 minutes.
  7. Serve in a bread bowl topped with fresh tomatoes for garnish, or serve in a party tray with vegetable crudites, fruit, crackers, toast or tortilla chips.
