Ingredients :
- Pizza Dough
- 2 cups flour
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoon margarine
- 2 teaspoon yeast
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoon honey
- 100 ml water
- Topping
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 100 grams Minced beef
- 1 single smoke beef or pepperoni, cut by 1cm × 1cm
- 2 tablespoon tomato sauce
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Sweet chili sauce
- 1 pinch salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1-1 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- Mozzarella and Parsley
Method :
- Dough:
- Put together flour, yeast, margarine, honey, and salt, stir until it turns to crumbs
- Put in egg, and knead prevalently
- Pour in water, knead until the dough mixture is elastic. Add a bit flour, and re-knead until the dough is unsticky, put aside
- Grease mini muffin pan. Divides the dough into 12 balls of dough, then put it into muffin pan and flattened, put aside.
- Topping:
- Melt 1 tablespoon of margarine, add onion cook it until the aroma can be smelled.
- Add minced beef and smoke beef/pepperoni, cook until all of it is well-cooked.
- Add tomato sauce, vinegar, chili sauce, sugar, salt, and black pepper, stir prevalently, put aside.
- Final process ~ Take the dough that already placed in muffin pan, add ½ tablespoon of topping mixture to the twelve dough, spread mozzarella and parsley on top, and baked for 15-20 minutes at 180°C temp.
