Ingredients :
- 1 turkey
- 1/2 cup chopped parsley
- 1 tbsp rosemary
- 3 stick rosemary
- 1 tbsp sage
- 1 1/2 tsp thyme
- 8 clove garlic
- 5 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- 2 lemons
- 4 cup apple juice
Method :
- Preheat oven to 350°F
- In a bowl combine parsley, rosemary, sage, thyme, garlic, 4 tbsp oil, 1 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp pepper. Rub onto turkey.
- Season inside with salt, pepper, lemons and rosemary sprigs. Poke lemons with fork.
- Season outside with oil, salt and pepper. Pour apple juice in pan.
- Cook 1 hour covered. Then uncovered until 170°. (2-1/2 to 3 hours). Baste every 30 minutes.
