Ingredients :
- 1 lb bay scallops
- 1 tablespoon garlic salt
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
Method :
- Rinse scallops. Place in shallow baking pan. Sprinkle with garlic salt, melted butter, and lemon juice.
- Broil 6 to 8 minutes until golden brown.
