Ingredients :
- 1/2 cup ground oats
- 1/2 cup ground nuts (I used almonds)
- 1/2 cup coca powder
- 1/2 cup chocolate protein powder (I used chocolate icecream flavour)
- 3 tblsp coconut flour
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 2 tsp peanut butter
- 1 egg
- 3 tblsp coconut sugar (or sweatener of your choice)
Method :
- Mix all the ingredients together in a medium size bowl (add more coconut sugar if needed).
- Preheat the owen to 200 C
- As I had no baking paper, used a little bit of coconut oil in a baking tray to prevent the cookies to burn. Create little cookies from the cream and bake it for 15 minutes!
