
Ingredients :
- 2 large eggs
- 1 stick butter (softened)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup fruit cocktail syrup
- 2 cup all purpose flour
- 1 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1 (29.oz) large fruit cocktail ( save the syrup)
Method :
- preheat oven on 350°F, bake on 350 °F.useing a 13×9 baking dish, spray well with cooking spray.
- with a mixer mix all ingredients (except the fruit cocktail) u will stir that in later.beat for 1 1/2 minutes on medium speed.
- now fold in the fruit cocktail gently, pour batter into the baking dish, place in oven for 45 minutes or till cake is done in center.
- take out of oven, let cool and enjoy! !!!!!!!!!!
