Recipe Veggie Fried Rice

Resep Veggie Fried Rice

Ingredients :

  • 1 1/2 Cups Cooked White Rice
  • 1/4 Cup Soy Sauce
  • 4 Tbsp Sesame Oil
  • 3 Tbsp Chili Garlic Paste
  • 1 Tbsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 Cup Diced Vegetables (Any)
  • 3 Large Eggs
  • 1 Tsp Parsley Flakes (For Garnish)

Method :
  1. Pour sesame oil into a large pan on medium heat. Add garlic powder and veggies, then stir till veggies are coated.
  2. Turn heat to medium low. Push veggies to one side of the pan and crack 3 eggs onto the other side. Scramble the eggs and once they are nearly cooked mix them with the veggies.
  3. Add the cooked rice to the pan first, then add the soy sauce and garlic chili paste. Mix thoroughly and heat for five minutes.
  4. Garnish with parsley flakes before serving if desired.
