Ingredients :
- 1 1/2 Cups Cooked White Rice
- 1/4 Cup Soy Sauce
- 4 Tbsp Sesame Oil
- 3 Tbsp Chili Garlic Paste
- 1 Tbsp Garlic Powder
- 1 Cup Diced Vegetables (Any)
- 3 Large Eggs
- 1 Tsp Parsley Flakes (For Garnish)
Method :
- Pour sesame oil into a large pan on medium heat. Add garlic powder and veggies, then stir till veggies are coated.
- Turn heat to medium low. Push veggies to one side of the pan and crack 3 eggs onto the other side. Scramble the eggs and once they are nearly cooked mix them with the veggies.
- Add the cooked rice to the pan first, then add the soy sauce and garlic chili paste. Mix thoroughly and heat for five minutes.
- Garnish with parsley flakes before serving if desired.
