Ingredients :
- 1 pound ground pork
- 1 egg
- 1 cup pickled raddish, minced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
Method :
- In a large bowl, combine meat, radish, soy sauce, and egg. Mix well.
- Heat a skillet in medium high heat. Pour oil.
- Scoop mixture and put in pan. Using a turner, press the meat until flat. (The more flat you can make, the better and more crispy)
- Serve hot with rice and ketchup! Enjoy!
