Ingredients :
- 300 grams lamb chops
- 10 ml olive oil
- bunch rosemary
- to taste salt and pepper
- 200 ml red wine
- 50 grams crushed garlic
Method :
- Mix all the ingredients together
- Rub it on the lamb chops
- Vacuum seal it and leave for a couple of hours and cook
