Recipe Teriyaki Shrimp Spinach Kale and Blueberry Salad

Resep Teriyaki Shrimp Spinach Kale and Blueberry Salad

Ingredients :

  • Shrimp (I prepared 12 jumbo)
  • 10 Blueberries
  • Cheese, Onions, Mushrooms
  • Saltine Crackers (optional)
  • 1 Salad dressing of your choice (Balsamic preferably)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil, extra virgin
  • 1 Spices (Garlic powder and onion powder)
  • 2 tbsp Teriyaki Sauce
  • tbsp Soy Sauce
  • tbsp Honey
  • Spinach and Kale Mix

Method :
  1. Sauté shrimp on medium-high heat for about 8 minutes (4 minutes on each side) in non-stick skillet.
  2. While shrimp is cooking, add sauces, spices, and honey...Sauce should thicken after you add the honey...
  3. Prepare Spinach and Kale...add mushrooms, Onions, cheese, and shrimp...sprinkle blueberries...Viola!!! ENJOY!!!
