
Ingredients :
- 1 kg chicken fillet, cut into pieces
- 1 tbsp lemon juice *
- 1/2 tsp salt *
- 1/4 tsp crushed black pepper *
- 1/2 tsp honey *
- 1 egg, beaten loose
- 4 tbsp maizena (you can also use potato starch) **
- 1/2 tsp salt **
- 1 tsp dried sage **
- Oil for frying
Method :
- Marinate chicken with * for 10-15 minutes (you can also put the chicken all night in the fridge). Mix ** ingredients in a bowl.
- Pour oil into pan. Heat the pan (medium).
- Coat chicken in ** mixture, then coat using egg. Fry until golden.
- My kids like to eat these with tartar sauce, but you can use chili or tomato ketchup, salsa, sambal, according to your preference.
