Ingredients :
- 2 lb boneless pork chops
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 can family size cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 can milk
- 1 can mushrooms
- 1 envelope ranch seasoning mix
- salt and pepper
- garlic powder, seasoning salt, pepper
- 1 medium onion, chopped
Method :
- Season pork chops with salt and pepper. Brown in oil in skillet over medium-high heat.
- Transfer pork chops to crock pot. Add remaining ingredients to skillet and heat through, scraping pan. Pour over chops and cook on low for 6 hours.
- Serve with rice or pasta and enjoy!
