Ingredients :
- 1/2 liter vegetable juice
- 2 chicken boullion cubs
- 1 onion
- 1/2 pepper
- 2 carrots
- 1 squash
- handful Long spaghetti
- 2 spoons Ketchup
- pinch Thyme
- to taste Salt
Method :
- Cut all vegetables on middle sized cubes or as you wish.
- Prepare a pot with 1.5 liters of water and place it on the stove. After that put the cutter vegetables in the water add the salt and the boullion. Leave to boil. Mix it time to time.
- When the veggies start getting soft add the spaghetti, the vegetables juice and one pinch of thyme. Leave to boil until the spaghetti are done.
- Taste it and if you feel like is missing something, add 2 spoons of ketchup and then mix it well. Turn off the stove and TAAA DAAA soup it"s ready
- When eating you can try add little lemon juice in the soup it"s makes it very fresh
