Ingredients :
- 3-4 pounds cornbeef
- 64 oz no salt chicken broth
- 1 large onion
- 5-6 red potatoes cut in half
- 1 pound small carrots
- 1 small head of cabbage
- 2 tablespoons fresh chopped garlic
- 2 tablespoons mustard
- 1 teaspoon dried dill
- 12 oz Guinness beer
- 1 cucumber
Method :
- Rinse the corned beef pat dry then submerged in water with cut-up cucumbers overnight. This process takes out all the salt from the corned beef.
- Take corn beef out of water pat dry place in Crock-Pot with no salt chicken broth potatoes, onions, carrots, dill, mustard, garlic and Guinness beer
