
Ingredients :
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1/2 tbsp Garlic (minced)
- 1/2 large sweet onion chopped roughly
- 1 zucchini cut into slices
- 1 cup carrots (sliced)
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 4 tbsp teriyaki sauce
- to taste Salt and pepper
Method :
- Heat butter and oil over medium/high heat. Add onion and garlic and cook until onion until soft (about 2 minutes)
- Add zucchini, carrots, and broccoli.
- Add soy sauce, teriyaki, salt and pepper. Cook for 10 minutes until tender. Serve over rice.
