Ingredients :
- 3 lbs ground fish
- 3 carrots
- 1/2 zucchini
- 2 onions
- 1 tbs coarse salt
- 2 eggs
Method :
- Grind 2 carrots, zucchini, and 1 onion
- Add 2 eggs
- In a large pot, place a peeled onion and carrot with a good spoonful of salt. Fill with water and bring to a boil
- Meanwhile, mix the fish into the veggie mixture
- Form balls ready to stick in the pot
- Drop fish balls in the boiling pot of water one by one. After a couple of seconds they will float to the surface (I added in more water) notice the onion and carrot still in the pot for flavor
- Bring pot to a boil and reduce flame to simmer for another hour 1/2- 2 hours
