Recipe Meat loaf

Ingredients :

• 3 carrots
• 1/2 zucchini
• 1 onion
• 3 eggs
• 3 lbs ground meat
• 2 tbs salt

Method :

1. Grind carrots, zucchini and onion
2. Mix in eggs and salt
3. Mix in meat
4. Bake at 400° for 1 1/2 hrs
