Ingredients :
- 1 roma tomato
- 2 slices Italian bread
- 4 slices hard salami
- 4 slices banana pepper, pickled (or pickles)
- 1 tablespoon low fat mayo
- 1 tablespoon goat cheese
- 1 handful spinach, fresh
Method :
- On one slice of bread spread the lowfat mayo, slice tomato
- Layer the salami, tomato slices, banana pepper slices, and spinach onto bread
- On the other slice of bread spread 1 tablespoon of goat cheese.
- Put the goat cheese piece of bread on top of the other slice of bread (goat cheese facing down)
- Enjoy
