Ingredients :
- 100 g udon noodles
- sesame seeds
- VEGGIES:
- 1 onion
- 1 carrot
- 150 g broccoli
- 1/3 red bell pepper
- 100 g soja shoots
- 75 g corn
- THE SAUCE:
- 150 ml water
- 1 tbsp soja sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 clove garlic
- 1.5 cm fresh ginger
Method :
- Chop onions, carrots and the bell pepper to long strips and broccoli to small florets.
- Fry all veggies adding them to the pan in the same order as listed. Fry until nice and aromatic and starting to brown, preferably with a little butter.
- Prepare the sauce. Grate the garlic and ginger and add the rest of the ingredients.
- Boil noodles accordig to instructions on the packet.
- And finally mix everything together on the pan.
- Serve and garnish with some sesame seeds. Enjoy !
