
Ingredients :
- 1 package Wonton wrappers
- 1 lb Zesty Italian sausage
- 2 cups Shredded Colby Jack cheese
- 1 jar Medium salsa
- to taste Sour cream
Method :
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Fry sausage in medium frying pan. Once fully cooked, remove from heat and add cheese and salsa. Mix until cheese is melted and salsa is fully incorporated.
- Line muffin tins with wonton wrappers. You may use two wonton wrappers for more stability.
- Scoop spoonfuls of 2-3 tablespoons of the sausage mixture into each wrapper.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes.
- Let cool, garnish with a dollop of sour cream, and enjoy!
