Ingredients :
- 500 gm Penne Rigate pasta
- 250 gm Minced meat
- 4 Tomato
- 3 Green pepper
- Half onion
- 50 gm Tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon spices
- 25 gm minced lemon peel
- 1 teaspoon salt
Method :
- Fry in pan onion,green pepper,minced meat then add minced tomato, paste, paprika,species,salt and minced lemon peel and let the sause for 20 minutes on fire
- Boil the pasta for 10 minutes and then wash it with water
- Add the sause to the pasta and put on fire for 10 minutes...then serve it
