Recipe Butterscotch Bundt Cake

Ingredients :

• 4 Eggs
• 1 cup Pecan or walnut (Optional)
• 1 box Yellow Cake Mix
• 1 box Vanilla Pudding
• 1 cup Sour Cream
• 1/2 cup Oil
• 1 packages Butter Scotch Morsels
• Icing
• 1/2 packages Cream Cheese
• 1 cup powdered sugar
• 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
• Milk (To Thin Icing if needed)

Method :

1. Combine all ingredients except for Icing, mix well, bake at 325°F. For 1 hour. ICING-microwave cream cheese to liquid state, add powdered sugar, vanilla extract and then mike to thin if needed. Drizzle over cool cake.
