Ingredients :
- 4 Eggs
- 1 cup Pecan or walnut (Optional)
- 1 box Yellow Cake Mix
- 1 box Vanilla Pudding
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- 1/2 cup Oil
- 1 packages Butter Scotch Morsels
- Icing
- 1/2 packages Cream Cheese
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- Milk (To Thin Icing if needed)
Method :
- Combine all ingredients except for Icing, mix well, bake at 325°F. For 1 hour. ICING-microwave cream cheese to liquid state, add powdered sugar, vanilla extract and then mike to thin if needed. Drizzle over cool cake.
