Ingredients :
- 2 packages Boneless Country Ribs
- 1 packages Oscar Meyer Center Cut Bacon
- 1 each Sweet Baby Rays BBQ Sauce (any flavor you like)
- 1 red onion
- 2 Tomatoes
- 1 Sweet Bread & Butter Pickles
- 1 packages Shredded Lettuce
- 8 slice American Cheese
- 1 packages Onion Buns
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 6 cup water
- 1 Salt
- 1 Black Pepper
- 1 Heinz Mayonaise
Method :
- Heat the vegetable oil over medium heat in a large pot. Season the Country Ribs with a little salt and pepper. Brown the country ribs on both sides.
- Add the water to the pot and bring to a boil. Turn the heat down to low and cook for about 90 mins until pork is tender. While waiting fry your bacon. And place on a paper towel.
- Drain your meat only leaving about 3 tablespoons of the water mixture for flavor. Shred the meat. (I normally just use two forks its so tender).
- Slice the onion and tomatoes.
- Add you BBQ sauce to the meat you may need the whole bottle depending on how saucy you like it. (Mix well)
- Build your sandwiches. BBQ pork first, a slice of american cheese, two slices of Bacon, shredded lettuce, sliced onion and tomatoes and finally two pickles and a two teaspoons of mayo spread on the bun. (I like to grill the buns sometimes on the insides with a little butter before building the sandwich but not required)
