Ingredients :
- 350 grams fresh mozzarella
- 12 ripe tomatoes, sliced
- 6 tbsp olive oil, extra virgin
- 24 fresh basil leaves
- 1 green and black olives
- 1 salt and ground fresh black pepper
Method :
- Place washed basil leaves on a dish. Wipe the inside of the tomatoes with kitchen paper and place them on top of leaves.
- Cut the mozzarella into round slices or pieces. Put 2 pieces inside each tomato. Place sliced round green olives on top of each mozarella and put small round black olives on top of green olives.
- Season with generous grinding of pepper, salt and drizzle with the olive oil.
- Share, serve and enjoy!
