Ingredients :
- 16 Oz. softened cream cheese
- 3/4 cup sliced almonds
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup Robert Rothschild Farms Pineapple Coconut Mango Tequila Sauce
Method :
- Combine 1/2 cup almonds, 1/4 cup coconut, cream cheese, and 1/2 cup of the sauce.
- Form mixture into a ball and sprinkle the remaining coconut and almonds on top.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Top with additional sauce if desired and serve with crackers or toasted bread.
