Ingredients :
- 1 Cucumber (peeled and sliced)
- 2 Roma Tomatoes (cut into wedges)
- 1 Large Portabello Mushroom (diced and chunked)
- 1-2 Jalepenos (finely chopped)
- 1/2 Large Red Onion
- 2 Radish (thinly sliced)
- 1 Avocado (cubed)
- 1/2-1 Tbsp Fresh Black Pepper
- 3/4 cup Crushed Red Pepper (to preference)
- 1 Red, Green, or Yellow Bell Pepper halves (julienned)
- Your Favorite Type of Dressing
- Fresh Lime Juice
- 1/2-1 tsp Salt (to preference)
Method :
- Pretty simple. Prep all fresh ingredients and place into large bowl and mix by hand until veggies are well combined.
- Add in all measured dry ingredients as well as your wet ingredients (lime juice and dressing). Mix by hand until all combined evenly.
- Refrigerate up to 1 or 2 hours.
- Serve, garnish with some parsley or anything else of your choice.
