Ingredients :
- 1 lb cooked pasta
- 4 cup your favorite spaghetti sauce
- 16 oz large curd cottage cheese
- 1 cup shredded monterey jack/cheddar
- 4 slice provolone
- 1 cup sharp shredded cheddar
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp sugar
Method :
- Preheat oven to 350
- Set cooked pasta in casserole dish
- Add sauce to pasta
- Mix in cottage cheese, monterey blend, parmesan and sugar
- Blend well
- Top with remaining cheeses
- Bake 15 minutes
- Enjoy
