Ingredients :
- 1/2 cup coconut oil
- 1 cup almond butter
- 1/2 cup honey
- 2 cups dry oats
- 1 1/4 cups slithered almonds
- 1 cup cocoa nibs
Method :
- Grease a 9x13 pan with coconut oil or use silicon bar moulds.
- Add remaining ingredients and mix together.
- Evenly spread the mixture into pan or moulds. Cover, and refrigerate until hardened. Cut into desired size. Refrigerate the leftovers for up to one week.
