Ingredients :
- 4 peppers
- 1 #ground beef
- 1/2 cup cooked rice
- 1 small chopped onion
- parsley flakes
- to taste salt/pepper
- 2 cans condensed tomatoe soup
- 2 tbsp sour cream
Method :
- Mix the rest of the ingredients, except the soup and sour cream. Stuff the peppers, trying not pack them too much
- Mix the condensed soup,following the maker"s instructin, plus the saved cup of boiling water
- In a pyrex or refractive pan, place the peppers and pour the soup mixture,allowing to moist the stuffing
- Bake for 1:15 hr or until the stuffing is cooked. Take some of the soup in a recipient, mix in the sour cream and return that mixture to the rest of the sauce. Enjoy!!!!
- Good with garlic bread plain pasta ,rice or mashed potatoes .
