Ingredients :
- 4 eggplants (remove the stem, cut into 4~6 equal parts lengthwise)
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- Sesame dressing: (*mix in advance)
- 4 tbsp *ground black sesame (or white sesame)
- 2 tbsp *sake
- 1 Tbsp~ *sugar
- 1 1/2 ~ tbsp *soy sauce
- 2 tsp *grated ginger
Method :
- Heat the oil in a pan, cook the eggplant over medium ~ low heat until it becomes lightly brown.
- Immediately plunge into the sesame dressing and soak.
