Ingredients :
- 2 eggs
- 1 banana
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- (coconut flour to give it more of a body or peanut butter for flavor are optional but recommended!)
Method :
- Add your banana, eggs, and coconut oil to a food processor and blend together for 10-15 seconds. Add mixture to a squeeze bottle to make it easier to pour pancakes.
- Heat a skillet on the stop top on medium heat, heat extra coconut oil and grease your skillet with it. Pour out the mixture and cook for a couple minutes on each side.
