
Ingredients :
- 1 lb Sage sausage
- 1/2 lb Lean hamburger
- 3 Cups water
- 1/4 cup Soy sauce
- 2 beef bouillon cubes
- 2 cup Rice (not minute rice)
- 1 can Diced water chestnuts
- 1 can bamboo shoots
- 3 stick Celery
- 2 Green bell peppers
- 1 each Yellow bell pepper
- 1 each Red bell pepper
- 2 large Onion
Method :
- In a non-stick skillet, Brown hamburger, sausage & 1 diced onion together, crumble small.
- Add water, beef bouillon cubes, soy sauce & rice to meat, cover and cook on low for 20 minutes or until rice is fully cooked.
- Chop celery, bell peppers, onion in chunks
- Add remaining vegetables and cook till fork tender
- Garnish with soy sauce to taste.
