
Ingredients :
- 250 grams flour
- to taste Salt
- 1/2 kg Minced meat
- Onions
- Pepper and any meat spice
- Cooking oil
Method :
- Put flour in a bowl and add some salt to taste. Mix them
- Add a tablespoon of oil and add water sparingly while mixing till it forms a dough. Let it sit for 30 minutes
- Put a pan in medium heat. Put oil, add onions till brown. Add other spices
- Add minced meat and stir till it cooks. Do this for about 15 mins
- After it cooks, let it cool a little. Start making small doughs and roll then into thin round chapatis
- Warm the chapatis in medium heat for about 10 seconds just to make them stable when folding samosas
- Cut the chapati into half, make a corn and add the minced meat. Make a paste mixture of water and floor and use it as glue, to hold and seal the corn
- After sealing all cones, put some oil in a pan for deep frying. Ensure that the heat is low
- Put the samosas in the oil and cook for a few minutes
- Serve with tea. Enjoy!
