Ingredients :
- 1/2 onion
- 6 cherry tomatoes
- 1 cod fillet
- 2 cayenne pepper (use just one if don't like it so hot)
- 2 garlic cloves chopped
- 1 cup white wine
- 6 clams
- 1 salt
- 1 black pepper
- 1 oregano
- 1 basil
- 1 olive oil, extra virgin
Method :
- Chop the onion, garlic cloves and cherry tomatoes and put them in a pan w/ olive oil. Add the cayenne peppers too
- Cook them for 10 minutes and add the clams and the cup of white wine
- When clams open and wine reduces, add the cod and cook it for another 5 to ten minutes
