Ingredients :
- 10 lb Apples, cored and quartered
- 2 Tbsp. Nutmeg
- Juice of 1 Lemon
Method :
- Place sliced apples in large pot with 1/4 inch water.
- Cook at medium heat for 20-25 minutes stirring several times.
- Using an immersion blender, puree apples.
- Add nutmeg and lemon juice
- Fill and cap jars.
- Immerse in boiling water, covered wih at least one inch of water.
- Boil for at least 20 minutes.
