
Ingredients :
- 4 can whole kernal corn drained
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 8 ounce package cream cheese softened
- 1 cup can evaporated milk
- 4 tbsp all purpose flour
- 4 jalepenos seeded and chopped
Method :
- Preheat oven to to 400
- Place corn evenly into a 9 inch baking dish
- In a medium saucepan combine butter and cream cheese room over medium heat stir frequent til mixture is smooth stir in evaporated milk and flour cook about 5 more minutes add peppers
- Pour mixture over corn mix well bake 30 minutes or until bubbly and edges begin to brown
