Ingredients :
- 1/2 cup Brown sugar
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/4 cup flour

Method :
- Cream butter with brown and white sugar. Next, add egg, creamy peanut butter, and vanilla. Mix everything together in a mixing bowl.
- In a separate bowl, add the dry ingredients and sift together. Then, add this mixture into your butter mixture.
- Once the dough is all mixed together, squeeze them into a muffin tin. With your thumb, press a hole in the center of each cup.
- Place the muffin tin in a 350° preheated oven and bake it for about 8-10 minutes. Once done, let cool for a few minutes then press in mini peanut butter cups
