
Ingredients :
- 1 packet Spaghetti
- 1/2 kg minced meat
- 4-6 eggs
- 6 tomatoes, nicely chopped
- 1 onion bulb
- 1 teaspoon (each) Royco, garlic, cumin, turmeric, as spices
- Salt and pepper
Method :
- Boil the minced meat till soft. Add some 2 tablespoons of cooking oil and let the minced meat cook in oil for about five minutes
- Cut 5 large tomatoes finely. Add some salt
- Finely chop the onion and add in the minced meat. Fry till they become golden brown. Add tomatoes and continue frying till they form a tasty mixture
- Add spices, a teaspoon of each: royco, garlic powder, cumin, turmeric. Add some salt and pepper to taste and stir well
- Add two to three cups of water, and add about 3/4 a packet of spaghetti. While adding, break them into smaller strips
- Stir to ensure that minced meat is equally distributed. Leave the spaghetti to cook for a few minutes. When spaghetti is well cooked, set it aside and start cooking eggs.
- Break each egg and add some salt to taste. Beat it. Put a pan on low heat and smear oil. Add the egg. Flip over when its cooked on one side. When it is cooked on both sides, arrange them nicely on a plate
- Serve and enjoy!
