Ingredients :
- 2 stem bigger parsley
- 250 grams sour cream (or yogurt)
- 1 middle sized onion
- 1 spoon mustard
- to taste black pepper
- to taste salt
Method :
- Cut parsley into thin matchsticks (like cheese)
- Add sour cream and all the other ingredients except onion and mix them together well.
- Cut the onion to small pieces and mix it in.
- If you like, add a few drops of lemon juice.
- Spread on bread, add some fresh parsley leaves on top for color and serve.
