Ingredients :
- 1 lb. Sausage ( we like the hot stuff)
- 2 Tbsp Butter
- 1/4 cup Flour
- 1 qt Milk
- to taste Salt & Pepper
Method :
- Brown sausage off in a 12 inch non stick skillet.
- Melt butter in pan with sausage, add flour and cook for 2 minutes over medium high heat.
- Add milk to pan, bring to boil cook until thickened to desired texture. (it will continue to thicken as it cools)
