Ingredients :
- 6 pork loin chops
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoons paprika
- 1 lime
- 1 stick butter/ 1/4 cup ghee
- 1 teaspoon whole leaf thyme
- 1 teaspoon ground sage
Method :
- Heat pan. Add butter/ghee. Mix the spices
- Season the chops with sage, salt, pepper, thyme, paprika, and sage. And fry.
- Fry 3 minutes per side turning twice. When done remove from heat.
- Juice lime
- Add lime juice and let rest 5 minutes.
