Recipe Whipped Cinnamon Cream Filling and Frosting

Resep Whipped Cinnamon Cream Filling and Frosting

Ingredients :

  • 10 ounces cinnamon chips
  • 3 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 8 ounces marscapone cheese, at room temperature
  • 1 cup confectioner's sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt

Method :
  1. Place thecinnamon chips in a large bowl
  2. Heat the cream until hot but not boilinng, pour over cinnamon chips , let stand one minute then stir until completely smooth. Cool to room temperature cover and refrigerate until very cold, at least 6 hours or overnight.
  3. Remove from refrigerator and beat cinnamon cream until it holds its shape
  4. In another bowl beat marscapone cheese, confectioner"s sugar, vanilla, and salt until smooth
  5. Fold marscapone mixture into cinnamon mixture in 2 additions
