Ingredients :
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 box powdered sugar
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup coconut
- 1 pkg German Chocolate cake mix
Method :
- Grease 9x13 cake pan.
- Sprinkle nuts on bottom of pan.
- Sprinkle coconut over nuts.
- Mix German Choc cake mix according to directions.
- Pour over nuts.
- On low heat in saucepan, melt butter and cream cheese.
- Add powdered sugar to the saucepan and mix well.
- Drop saucepan mixture by spoonfuls on top of cake mixture. Don"t spread.
- Bake at 350" for 40 minutes.
